Very nice. I’m impressed. It’s as genius as it is simple. No need to say ‘Why Didn’t I Think Of That’ because I would’ve never thought of something as this. Not in a million years.

The name of this designer is Naoto Fukasawa who is one of the most popular product designers in Japan. I love him. And, he has his own brand — “±0″. You really must see this site!

i am looking to find some designers that can come into India for a year.

Get a specialist education.

http://www.packlab.eu

This is one of the best Packaging Design undergraduate programmes in Europe. Designers leave here working for top design consultancies and manufacturing brand companies like Nokia. The department works only with live projects.
I was an exchange student there and I learnt more in four months than I did on my degree programme over four years. The departments language is English although its in Finland.

Be in a book among the 200 Best Packaging Designers!

Lürzer’s ARCHIVE Specials publish headturning international work from those areas of graphic design in which groundbreaking trends first see the light of the day: music, packaging design, catalogs & brochures, commercial illustration, and photography.

Designers are invited to submit their work NOW for the upcoming “200 Bes Packaging Designers”. An international jury will make a selection. The designers will be in the book as well on the website with their own showcase. 22.000 copies are getting sold in 35 countries.

Submissions are for free. In case of a selection the production fees are EUR 500 for 1/2 page and EUR 850 for 1/1 page.

Entries are open now: http://www.luerzersarchive.net/submission.asp

Entry Deadline: January 30th 2009
