Yeah, awesome idea. I think it’s also important to point out that this is for their Adicolor line — shoes that come with markers so you can customize them. I love it!

brilliant… for a while there adidas seemed lost (comparedto puma), but of late they are ‘clawing’ back in the style and connecting with the demographic stakes.

that said, the ad with the us b’ball star is horrid! 🙂

My thesis is on outdoor advertising and I am imn progress. I’d love to add this as a case study. I think it is in Germany but I also heard London. Anyone know who did this or anything more about it?

Frederik, if a marketer goes through archives such as this one he will enough ideas to do away with an ad agent. The idea of covering part of the poster with Adicolor is brilliant, It retains the spirit and provides an adidas flavaor.
