the wrapping paper has two layers - one is the paper with the ink and the second is a transparentplastic foil - which is 100% foodsave and doesn’t harm the meat.

i doubt the ink will harm the meat - after all, it’s often coated with wax.

Yeah the ink shouldn’t harm the meat. Or else it wouldn’t be allowed.
