Neat. I wonder how they got access to supermarket deli paper. Anyone know which stores have this?

i doubt the ink will harm the meat – after all, it’s often coated with wax.

Yeah the ink shouldn’t harm the meat. Or else it wouldn’t be allowed.

hi,
the wrapping paper has two layers – one is the paper with the ink and the second is a transparentplastic foil – which is 100% foodsave and doesn’t harm the meat.
