Adidas Fresco
Co-CCO Stefan Schmidt adds his own benediction: “The fresco presents 10 football superstars exactly how millions of enthusiastic football fans around the world see them anyway — as real football gods.” The “+10″-themed art, approximately 40 meters long and 20 meters wide, is the work of Hamburg-based illustrator Felix Reidenbach, who required, in the appropriate Biblical manner, 40 days to complete it. This pantheon of Adidas endorsers includes Michael Ballack (captain of the German national team), David Beckham, Zinédine Zidane, Raúl, Kaka, Nakamura, Lukas Podolski, Lionel Messi, Juan Román Riquelme and Djibril Cissé.

the art is great, reminds me of the great Michelangelo. Like how the soccer balls are flying away, and the players are positioned in an angelic way…truely fab!
beckhams look made me laugh–not sure what he’s doing.
