Nike Win
To establish a culture of improvisation amongst the Football Crazy Kids (FCKs) of Hong Kong. Improvisation is the rebirth of football with no limits. Football is played freely in parks, on street corners, school backyards, just about everywhere, everyday. It is a game to be carried out by those with creativity. By giving away the tapes at football pitches and playgrounds, JWT helped establish a brand new attitude for football game (such as location, rules, etc). In particular, they had aided and encouraged FCKs to set up their own courts to have fun with football anytime, anywhere. Nice Idea.
Agency: JWT, Hong Kong.

another thing… who cleans up the tape?

Might have worked a bit more realistically with chalk, but either way its still a cool idea.

Do they even need tape? We always just put books, shoes, or objects as the corner markers.

This seems a bit naff - what’s wrong with jumpers for goalposts? And it’s a football pitch, not a court.

hellooo people, this is advertising rignt? if ur given a chalk, u jus throw it away! jumper or bag? you do it urself, so nike cannot brand ur own activity. so what would you have done? I think its a cool idea, tape registering a territory, looking proper (uniform width line), easy and convinent! who will clean it up? of course yourself! be a good citizen!

Nice, I don’t think they were expecting the users to clean up though
