The Cartoon Network has rebranded itself, and not a bad job at all. I think the new logo works well for them and it’s also good to see new bevel/gradient. What do you guys think?

What’s funny is that normally I hate design with the alternating black/white white/black, but I always liked Cartoon Network’s logo. But, I agree that this simplification is smart. Choices like this always strike me as well thought out, clearly they worked with the full logo until they had name recognition and then simplified it. Smart.

I really like it. It stays with their already established brand identity while simplifying the logo. I love how the CN are set at a playful angle to each other - almost like their bouncing. Nice energy. Great job.
I agree - i think it’s smarter and recognizable to the original logo. It’s got familiarity but updated. When you have them side by side as shown above it’s easy (i think anyway) to say the new one is better. We’ll see how in looks in action.
Bummer. I like the old and very recoginizable logo. I feel like the new logo does nothing but simplify while loosing all the character the old logo had. Drop shadow, come on , this looks very ge generic.
The logo change was one of the many crappy changes they’ve made to the channel. They also LIE! Out of Jimmy’s head IS NOT their first live action/cartoon combined show. Space Ghost Coast to Coast was.
Cartoon Network is going through a slow and painful death.

Nice. It has a fresh touch and you can immediately recognize who it is without guesswork, if you know the old logo.

Yes, it helps that they didn’t change the font. All they did was simplify the concept. Not bad.

Less is more! And still their recognizable brand.

I agree with Maya. Less is more! I like the simplicity of it all.

Realy good. I think logo would be recognizable even without wordmark.

More fun & haphazard, just like a cartoon. Simple, but smart.

I simply hate the new logo. The old logo was wayyyy better. Cartoon Network has changed (in a bad way)

I agree with Tim and Jeremy. The logo change was stupid and unnecessary, and Cartoon Network has gotten pretty lame over the last few years.

The new sign is great. I also like the new cartoons such as Eliot Kid and George of The Jungle.
