I like the first one. The second one’s message seems to be worded funny.
But fun messages – It’s been a while since I’ve: 1- seen ads for a radio station. 2 – seen ads that are all copy.
Good times.
The 1st one is great, the 2nd lacks, hmm, in true connection? Should be without the “we play what we want” -part of the copy though.
See I like the “We play what we want” copy. It gives a justification to thier snippiness in the upper copy. [Otherwsie they just come off as sparky jack-arses.]
Besides if you don’t know what kind of music they play already – then the tag line might give you reason to listen.
The first one is good, the second no fun. For a radio rock, weak.
I tend to agree with their strategic direction. I hate Phil Collins and most people I know do too!
We much prefer the first one – not bad at all.
We tend to agree with all the above in regards to the second.
Cheers, Dave Mac.

Hey that’s my radio-station (actually their office is just 5 min from me).
Haven’t seen those posters around town, but when they do show up, they will definÃtely be in german.
btw. Their official website is quite awful: http://www.radio886.at/index2.htm
