that’s not blurry text dude…it’s braille. the point is that diabetes can lead to blindness.

nice “one off” ad. i’d like to see it executed in 3 ads though, as a full campaign. I feel like no one does that anymore, it’s just about making a cool ad so you can submit it to an award show. What ever happened to campaigns? Bring them back.

J truitt…. I know its brail, i just copied the explanation that was posted on their site :). Interesting that they chose to say blurry text though.

The Braille reads:
“blindness. But there is
something that can be done.
Learn about diabetes and see
if you are at riskk. Visit the
American Diabetes
Association to learn more.”
Dont blame me, I taught my grandmother braille when she went blind…

One of the smartest, freshest ads I’ve seen in a long while.
Bravo.

I think it’s a cool ad - I like the addition of the braille instead of continuing with the text. But I have to ask - is that line repeated in actual text in the box by the logo. I hope so - because unless you can read braile - they’ve lost thier call to action.
And I know this I’m being nit-picky [so you don’t have to tell me that] but the word spacing between obesity and inactivity is atrocious. Actually the wording of that whole line threw me off - I don’t what is is exactly - grammar is NOT my specialty - but there is something not right about how that sentance is worded.
