[...] A Hairy Ad This unusual ad by Leo Burnett, Germany really makes a statement, and is just plain hilarious. Via Advertising/Design Goodness Posted on November 20th, 2006 in Stefan Bean by Stefan [...]
I think it’s kind of funny. I would laugh if I saw it in person & remember the brand.
Though I don’t think it lends itself specifically towards ladies. Maybe the poll should look more like a leg - or be pink - or just be in a triangle. Now, THAT, would be funny.
I think it should have been done in a fun way, like with blue skin and blue hair, or even artificial grass to represent the hair in a surrealistic way.
This looks kind of gross… but the idea is nice, I guess.

I’m not sure, whether this is an ad for “Braun” or not.
Cause there’s “Tip” printet on the lowest lever - “Tip” is a low-budget-brand in Germany!

I dunno… I suppose a hairy advertizing pillar is all very well. But THAT hairy? For a Braun Lady Shaver? Sheesh.

Yulia: Agreed, gross.
Once again, an ad exec doesn’t understand women. It isn’t funny. It’s gross.
