In a different culture, this was also a practice/theory that the steam could also clean/moisturize your skin.
I have seen this exact concept before.
It was about mid-point through “Crocodile Dundee, Pt.1″ 
In all seriousness though, nice ad. It ties in well with use of their other products, and most likely has enough of the user-experiential for it to be easily understood.
