Amazing microsite for Milk called Get the Glass. Check out the game, with some incredible attention to detail. One of the tigthest sites I have seen in a while.

I am on a lower-end broadband connection (a college campus network, but it’s running fast because nobody is here during spring break) and this website’s loading time was way too long. I sat through 2 loading times that were 5+ minutes, and closed the window when I clicked on “view 360° board” and it started yet another lengthy load.

By contrast, I have enough bandwidth to watch HD movie trailers off of apple’s website with nominal pre-loading at the moment.

It’s true… the loading time does take a while, but its well worth it.

No site is worth that load time.

The agency is Goodby, Silverstein & Partners but it is North Kingdom, a swedish web agency, that has developped the site…

Anyway, loading is quite long but the result is purely wonderful.

      North Kingdom product.

Freddy, I dig you and all but the loading drove me insane. And it didn’t help that there’s a Google-generated (and insanely too-visual) eczema ad on this page, which is what I stared at while waiting for Get the Glass to load.

With all this in consideration I possibly tore out half my hair, so now I have hair to clean up. I shake my fist at milk and everything it stands for.

      *shakes vigilantly*

Took forever to load, but well worth the wait. Really got me involved and I had to play til I won. Awesome.

I’m on a cable modem… after the initial load it was fairly quick.

HOW DO YOU BEAT THOSE STUPID IRON VINES?!
HOW DO YOU DRIVE THAT STUPID VAN FAST ENOUGH?!

I agree though. Great site. North Kingdom is amazing.

The van, just hold down the mouse button and steer well. The iron vines, look at the flowers and take notice that some flowers neet to go on before others (like bottom to top) and they lock into place easily. Other than that the PMS questions are not that difficult just pick the nicest sounding ones and try not to miss so much that she blows her top and you’ll time it out. The final puzzle word solve is “May I Please Get The Glass”. Oh yeah, if you need the combination for the vault it’s on those little poker chip tokens at the top of the game window.

Enjoy. Definately note the easiest game I have ever played!

How do you steer the van so it drives fast enough?

I ALWAYS run out of time.

Seems like they don’t check processor speed. On a slower machine (i.e. a Mac) you should have more time to finish the race with the van, really.

Beautiful to look at, the attention to detail, amazing, but they lost me with the load times between each scene. Though I was at work when I was playing it and our bandwidth is notoriously slow. I need to check it from home.
