After going through all the trouble of affixing a Mini to the building, why not actually put the lights inside? It’s waay too obvious that they are on the building’s roof.
Also, Minis have had HID/Xenon headlights since they were introduced. Why such a spectacular execution for a standard feature?
Am I the only one reminded of the twin beams of light used as a 9/11 memorial?

There’s a lot wrong with this, IMO…
