I think it’s real. But I’m with you, even if it is fake it’s a great piece of advertising! Anyway if it is fake, it should be done for real. I’m thinking this one will be a winner in Cannes.

I think the ad is real,I’ve seen those sliding type ads in malls lately so those are real.
HOWEVER I think the sign is malfunctioning and the mechanism that moves the ads must be jammed for some reason,therefore the bumping up against the bra was unintentional.
If it was fake then why is there a guy taking notice of the ad while it’s jamming? In a fake video no one would notice the malfunction.

Fake is fake is fake. Part of the art of this business is selling through to a client.
Saying this is great even if it’s not real, is like saying an inflatable fuck doll is great even though it’s not alive.
