That’s an ad of a sport drink. The post banner says “Activity of the whole people.” And the words on the punching bag says “Come on, practice your punches.” Very intuitive.
on those two side is a picture about their product ,it’s a kind of sport drink, and the chinese word on it tell about : all the people ,let’s sport . Then the middle thing is for boxing, and the chinese on it telling people, come on,let’s traning it,let’s boxing . sorry about my english not good, just let’s you know the surface meaning, haha.
Looking at the words, it means sports alright. But the words é‹å‹• can also mean a compaign. This is probably a pun — Bonaqua is a sports(-ish) drink and this is a compaign to get everybody to do sports (hence drink more Bonaqua).
Words on top of 全民é‹å‹• is Bonaqua’s Chinese name (in Hong Kong). In the middle it means “Let’s box”.

I wonder if that’s a real punch bag.

It should be a real punch bag. Its only fixed in case it swings.
Should it be something relating Beijing 2008? Anyway, it must be for people to vent their angers after work.
