This is positively insane! Great idea, but how long did the strips stay up? Ideally, it would have to “fly” long enough for people to read the text.
And woe to the unfortunate passer-by who happened to be walking ON the grates.

This is a great idea, but the problem is that it’s streamers, and from the looks of it, they don’t just fold back down to their small size. So the surprise only works once and then has to be reset by a person. That doesn’t seem like a convenient or cost-effective way of advertising. Still, VERY cool idea.

All these advertisements look so creative, but how many withstand even a couple of days to kids? I’d imagine they’d be ripping off and leaving a horrible mess.
