love to see it as a campaign. the stop smoking category is a difficult one to work on. this is an interesting and artistic execution. the concept isn’t groundbreaking but the execution is noteworthy.
Uah, first thing I thought was: “what, jehovah’s witnesses are into anti-smoking campaigns?”. Sorry, but I can’t stand looking at this illustration. It’s just to much we-are-all-doomed to me.

I like the art direction - reminds me of Thom Yorke’s, The Eraser album cover.
It would be good to see this rolled out as a campaign.

Why aren’t these people burning alive as they crawl back up the butt? Would’ve been even more powerful/gruesome.
