Sony Bravia
The fourth installment for the Sony Bravia campaign is just around the corner. This one here is a test ad to get people excited for the new foam spot. I don’t know about you, but I think that this is getting a little boring. This is nothing compared to the first or even the second one.

Is this a viral test ad made by sony?
On the youtube page of the video under About This Video it says that this is just a test commercial made by a fan of the Sony Bravia advertising campaing who wanted to test his abilities and maybe get noticed.
It’s nice but I really think that Sony can do much better than this. Also thinking that the major aim of Bravia Campagni was the almost total absence of CG.
(sorry for my english.
I’m italian)

I think “J” is right about limiting the computer graphics… as to what this ad really is, or whether it’s better/worse than the others, we’ll have to wait… but the coloured “gherkin building” at the end is simply inspired.

I agree, this just is not good as the other ads.
It just lacks the quality. The idea is pretty good in the end.

The full ad and reveal is here (reveal as in - it is not for Sony)

Does no one read?
All you have to do is follow the URL at the end of the ad to discover that it’s a speculative piece by an animator from London.
So no, it’s not as good as the first one. Because it was done by one guy for no money.

Ooops guess who just sent this around the office talking about how the ads have totally gone down here…. maybe should of read the blog before hand. On a budget of 0, this guy indeed works it!
