It’s an advert about self defence. It’s an e-fit (a drawing made up by artists working for the police, based on descriptions given by the victim of a crime - so they can get an idea of who they are looking for) and as you can see, the person is rather battered.
It’s saying that the offender in this case was beaten up by the victim in self-defense.
It’s a pretty clever idea, really. But maybe not good enough.

the shampoo had a drawing as well yes… but it was focusing only on the hair!
