wow, these are interesting, but they’d be way over the top for us prudish North Americans if they ever pitched them here.

These are actually part of a series entitled Pixxxel by Jean Yves Lemoigne for Amusment Magazine.

I don’t think this is a real lego campaign. I believe that these are photos / concepts from photographer Jean-Yves Lemoigne for the third issue of Amusement magazine.

Can anyone find the real source of these images? Is this for lego? or did a crafty college student slap a logo on someone elses work?

These are ABSOLUTELY fakes – and quite insulting to the adult LEGO fan community (which, by and large, makes tasteful large scale models instead of going for crudeness).

Further, a quick glance at the photo will reveal you CAN’T even build these – the geometry is all wrong (and of course, even if that was the shape of LEGO pieces, any self-respecting builder would never allow themselves to represent curves so poorly – seriously, a 5-year old could do a better job than this “agency”). This is an incredibly bad photoshop job.

Up until now, I’ve been relatively happy with the standards on this blog – this is the first time I’ve seen an appalling fake advertisement (and by the way, great job with warning us that this was porn-based and not anything relevant to this blog or its readership).

You really ought to pull this garbage before you get sued.

I really don’t get it…fake or not…Fubiz also told on my blog it was a fake but all these details about the agency…

Why are these even being show cased?

I can’t imagine a children’s toy company would allow this kind of campaign…

Another blog posts these as LEGO ads argh!

These photos are from an article in Amusement magazine

Nothing to do with LEGO. Why someone felt the need to make these into (bad) spoof ads is beyond me.

It’s a fake, the original pictures have been made by Jean Yves Lemoigne : http://www.jeanyveslemoigne.com/ for the french magazine Amusement.

yup, it’s fake. Not done with LEGO.

Simply look at the 3rd picture
http://www.frederiksamuel.com/blog/SINGLE_AD_PAGE.php?ad=lego_adults_3.jpg

You’ll see that it’s simply a crude simplistic mosaic effect done over a real girl posing.

Look closely to her “lego” clothes.
Look at the size of the “lego pieces”.

Like Dan said, a true talented LEGO sculptor would never do such a crude work… besides, a true AFOL artist would never choose this theme (I think!).
