Tibits Vegetarian Restaurant
For Tibits, a large vegetarian restaurant chain in Switserland, oversized forks have been produced to be fixed to trees in major parks and in main outdoor shopping areas all over Switserland. In an surprisingly new manner the freshness of Tibits food could thus be demonstrated to people walking by.

This a lovely simple and effective advertisement for a vegetarian restaurant. Also with a touch of humor, as being a vegetarian can mean you get asked, “what do you eat, leaves?”

It is nice, but why in English?

I believe that Vegatarians are one of the MAIN causes of global warming. Plants clean the air of toxins. If they are eating all the plants, the air isn’t as clean… Eat more Beef!!!

Nice idea. Looks like delicious broccoli!
But I thought Vegetarians hate leafy greens. I always see vegetarians eating plant matter that’s been formed into shapes like burger patties, bacon strips, turkey legs, etc. Pretend meat. This is true.

No true… I’ve been an aquafarian since I was 12 (I eat fish but not shell fish). I love leafy greens. My other vegi friends do to. I think the key is to have (texture) variety, that’s why we eat tofu hotdogs etc.
PS. I like the campaign, it’s playful and attention getting.

[...] Tibits, a healthy food chain in Switzerland, attached these oversized forks to trees in various parks around the country. I’ve been seeing a lot more of these alternatives to billboards popping up in various forms, like a topiary made into a giant afro to advertise a hair salon. Think about your product or service. How can you get your message conveyed in an instant? [via] [...]

I like this a lot– definitely attention grabbing and really reinforces the idea of eating healthy, vegetarian-friendly food.
